Cancellation
IIf bookings are cancelled before 30 days of arrival, we are happy to provide you with a credit note to be used within one year of cancellation. The credit note is also transferable to friends or family.
If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled date of your booking, as long as you notify us at least one month before the scheduled arrival date, you can postpone the booking for a maximum of 12 months.
